Having a bad credit can get really nasty if you’re not ready to face it. Most of the basic services that are offered nowadays require that we have good credit to qualify. Much more for the premium services that we really don’t need but we just like to have them around required better credit score for us to qualify.
One of the known effects of having a bad credit is the inability to get a loan with a lower interest rate. Even worst, there are companies that don’t accept loan application for those who has bad credit. I sympathize with the common thought that everyone should have access for a proper loan to keep them afloat but we also have to understand that business is business. There is currently a debate going on right now about Google removing the PageRank score from the Google Toolbar.
Why?
- Toolbar PageRank numbers can be 3 months out of date or more.
- Some “PR Updates” have been buggy enough to seriously misrepresent a page’s real PR.
- Matt Cutts has blogged that PR Updates are considered pretty much a non-event around Google.
- PageRank has started a flawed econonmy of link building and trading in an effort to raise or distribute these scores.

Pligg, a popular open source CMS (content management system) that lets webmasters quickly create Digg clones, has put itself up for sale at Sedo.
Assets included in the sale are the domain name, website and control over the SourceForge account where people can download the current codes.
In an email, Pligg says they have 10,000 registered users on the site and the software has been downloaded 60,000 times.
The Pligg community has grown larger than ever expected, with over 10,000 registered users sharing and trading tips, more than 60,000 Sourceforge downloads and 2 IRC rooms that are active 24/7. I have noticed a trend of Social Networking Zombies bloggers. As any bloggers will tell you, the most important traffic source for bloggers are undoubtedly social networking sites, such as Digg, Stumbleupon and Technoratii. Every serious bloggers would want to go on the front page of Digg and remain there for as long as possible. To be on the front page, meaning more traffic and page rank juice. To do this your stories have to be popular, and popularity is judged by the number of people that Dugg you. By competing to be on the front page of Digg, bloggers are slowly turning into “Digg-Zombies”. The Digg and other social community groups “Zombies” builds clicking communities online, usually in large forums such as Digital Point. The ways to gather huge number of clicks are to advertise your Digg or Stumbleupon exchange on the forum, the title for exchange usually go like this “Digg 1:2″, what this means is if you Digg one of my sites, then i’ll Digg two of yours. Another way of getting clicks is to collect a lot of Digg friends, as much as 30. This way you can get Dugg by all your friends at the same time. In addition to advertising for Digg or Stumble exchange and collecting friends. It is advisable to subscribe to popular 20 feeds so that you can catch the freshest news.
